Returns Policy

Hide & Seek Boutique wants all of our clients to be completely in love with their new purchase, each and every time. Whilst we are not able to offer a refund for change of mind, if there is a fault with the product you have received a return will an accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. A store credit, refund or replacement (if available) will then be made available.

Items are to be returned in original and unused condition. If you do have any questions in regards to your item or returns please don't hesitate to contact us at hideandseekboutique@outlook.com


To return an item you just need to email hideandseekboutique@outlook.com
For any returns you will be responsible for shipping charges, we recommend sending via trackable post to ensure the item isn't lost. If the package does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund.

Once we have received the item back we will process the refund back to you via your original payment method minus postage charges.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refund of funds to be processed, we will contact to confirm once it has been finalised and processed.

Please Note: Marks and small imperfections in cowhides and cowhide products are not classed as faults, they are one of our beautiful natural textures are to be welcomed and expected as extra character to this beautiful material
